Full house strip-out and renovation, staircase redesign, kitchen and bathroom remodel.

 

This Old Coach House started as a two-floor property with a mezzanine. Working from Foils Architects’ design and architectural drawings, the property was fully gutted, with extensive new steelwork installed and a third floor added.

 

The electrics and plumbing were fully renewed. A new W/C, two new bathrooms and a bespoke kitchen were installed.

 

The unique staircase was designed and CNC’d by Foils Architects, then assembled and installed by us.

 

The project was completed on time and on budget. This was our fifth project working with Foils Architects, and we continue to work together.
